  • “Gamification Data” refers to account details (username, progress scores, achievements) used to power leaderboards and challenges.
  • “You” refers to the end user of the App.

2. Face Data Collected

  • Selfie images you upload for analysis
  • Derived appearance scores for the following traits: symmetry, skin quality, jawline definition, cheekbone visibility, eye alignment, hairline shape, dark circles, and wrinkle presence

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Face Analysis: Generate scores for symmetry, skin quality, jawline, cheekbones, eyes, hairline, dark circles, and wrinkles.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Tailor looksmaxxing tips and improvement plans based on your facial analysis.
  • Progress Tracking & Gamification: Let you compare scans over time, earn XP, unlock challenges, and track visible changes.
  • App Improvement: Use anonymized data to refine feature accuracy and user experience.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

  • No Sale or License: We never sell, license, or lease your images or facial data to third parties.
  • Service Providers: Encrypted landmark vectors and feature scores may be processed on our database provider convex's servers (U.S.) it is very secure.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose data only if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain user images and derived face data until the user deletes their account or submits a deletion request.
  • Upon deletion, all images, and associated records are permanently removed from all systems within 30 days.

6. Your Rights & Controls

  • Access & Export: Request a copy of all your data (images, analysis scores, history).
  • Correction: Update account information or preferences at any time.
  • Deletion: Request full deletion of your account and all associated face data via the app or email.
